Important Message
NCES parents,
We will be allowing parents to come to the school next week and pick up student items left in desks/classrooms.
Our teachers are packing materials for each student into bags labeled with student names. These bags will line the hallways outside of your child’s homeroom.
Parents will be assigned a day to come pick up your child’s materials assigned by the beginning letter of your child’s last name.

May 18- 9:00am-2:00pm Last names beginning in A-G
May 19- 9:00am-2:00pm Last names beginning in H-L
May 20-9:00am-2:00pm Last names beginning in M-R
May 21- 9:00am-2:00pm Last names beginning in S-Z
May 22 9:00am-2:00pm Make up day for parents that missed their assigned day

Please have your ID ready to show prior to entering the building. We will only let in a few parents at a time, so be prepared to wait if necessary. Students will not be allowed to enter the building with parents. Be sure to practice proper social distancing measures while waiting.
Teachers will not be in the building and classrooms will be closed.
Parents will proceed to the designated hallway, retrieve your child’s bag and exit the building.
If your child has medicine in the clinic, you may come to the office and pick it up during your designated day.
If your child has an NCES Chromebook, you will need to bring it (and the charger) to the school on your designated day. Proceed to the Media Center to complete the turn in process for Chromebooks.
Please contact your child's teacher if you have any questions.

Thank you!
