Dear NCES Parents.
excited to begin the 2019-2020 school year. To ensure the
safety of our students, we would like to remind you of our
drop off and pick up procedures.

at 7:00 am each morning. All students must be dropped off in
the back loop of the school. Parents may walk their
child(ren) in the first week. Classroom doors will open at
7:30am. If you plan on walking your child in the first week,

are assigned a bus pass.
Afternoon car riders in grades
kindergarten, first or second grade (along with older
siblings) must be picked up in the school's front car loop.
Afternoon car riders in grades third, fourth or fifth grade
must be picked up in the school's back car loop.
picking up students must display the school-issued car rider
number. Please leave this number displayed until your child
is loaded into your car. Students will not be released to
parents that walk up with a number. Students will only be
